The property was nice, and the front desk staff

was accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, making for a pleasant experience. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and could use some improvement.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We've stayed at several Hampton Inns and this one lacked a few items, such as a fridge and microwave, that we have had available at other locations. The comfortable beds, quiet rooms and breakfast are 3 of the reasons 

Breakfast could have used some dairy like whole milk or cheese

No hot water during the entire stay.

Just next to a convenient store and very close to the airport

We stayed twice within four days apart and each one was disaster. Arrived around 11 pm and called for the shuttle. After numerous phone class shuttle finally arrived at past midnight. Imagine the frustration waiting at the pick up area with infant twins just few minutes driving distance from the hotel. Now we are exhausted and guess what. Regardless the confirmation we had the king room had neither micro nor refrigerator. We have told that there was a weeding and all got out of hand and been promised that all will be better on the next stay. Few days later on our second stay things got worst. Again regardless the confirmation we had they could not even give us a King room. The only working ice machine was on the first floor and more.

The room was clean, but it took too long to get ice delivered.

Excellent Houston Hobby hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms at excellent price. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Free WiFi. Prompt & free airport shuttle minutes from the terminal.

Was spacious.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The beds weren't the most comfortable we've been in. The ac unit wasnt working in our room.

Y'all gotta try the local eats! Spiritz Bar and Grill had delectable hot dogs that hit the spot after a long day out. Plus, I was stoked about the friendly staff who went the extra mile

The bed mattress and sifa bed mattress omg were TERRIBLE we could feel the springs!!! We will definitely never coming back.

I love the friendly people and the comfortable beds.

It's kind of in need of repairs. Updating and some renovation is much needed.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The breakfast options were extremely limited and unappetizing, with eggs that seemed overcooked and tasteless. To make things worse, we didn't have hot water on our last day which left us unable to shower before checking out.

Shuttle to Hobby Airport and anywhere within 3 miles.....very prompt.
